Tasty and Chewy Banana Oat Meal Cookies - Long Live And Joy

How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You usually have to have a scale, then carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the dough for ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, moon and star shapes and then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll up. But after that I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste just like the cookies you receive round Christmas time. Instead they are a bit more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.

However, what largely convinced me was that you can have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the cookies is they call for only two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can blend two components.

Though in case you want to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me should you consume them), but I must say yet another amazing thing about these cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the rest inside an hour.

They're ideal for hiking trips or other occasions where you will need a quick pleasant bite on the move. Now I keep these as a quick bite in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which subsequently can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

These nutrients contain manganese, great for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- essential for energy production to cause you to feel fuller

Same with bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they contain a decent quantity of good carbs but also for being the huge players in the potassium video game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you've got a challenging day before you.

Because you can see, I am a huge fan.

2 Ingredient Cookies. Just mix peas and peas and bake them for 15 minutes. Ideal for when you need an energy boost on the go. official site Enjoy!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is well mixed

Place baking paper on the tray so the cookies don't stick. If you do not possess that make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To create the cookie shape only grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking dish like I did at the photo above. It is super quick and easy.
